US Visit Visa

Requirements

• Original Passport
• ID card copy
• 4 Passport size photographs
• Covering letter on letterhead describing about your Job/Business in Pakistan
• Bank statement of last 6 months of the applicant
• Income Tax papers / Income Tax returns / Tax payment receipts of last three years
• Written statement (affidavit) confirming the purpose and duration of visit on stamp paper (Original in English)
• All previous passports
• All supporting documents i-e fixed assets, other properties deeds.
• National Tax Number (NTN) certificate copy.
