Requirements

• Original Passport
• 04 Photographs with white background (passports size)
• Copy of NIC
• E-Ticket:Print a screen shot of ticket verification form Airline website or IATA system and the printed screen shot must be attached with your documents.
• Bank Statement last 1 year ,closing balance 2 lac
• Account Maintenance letter
• NTN Copy
• FRC COPY( if family)
• Visa request letter on company letter by employer /self employed
• 03 month salary slip (If Employee)
